Long-term rentals
When searching for a property to rent in Tenerife, B&L Services Tenerife is there for you. Together we will discuss exactly what you are looking for and start the search from there. We guide you from A to Z.
What do we mean with long term rentals
With long-term rentals, we are talking about a contract of at least 1 year. After this initial year, the contract is automatically extended to a period of 5 years. This means that as a landlord you have 2 options to break the contract. You can either break the contract after 1 year while observing the legal notice period or you enter the property yourself, in which case the tenant has 6 months to leave the property. If you don't do that then the tenant has the right to stay for up to 5 years.
Immigration procedure

My name is Benjamin and I work as a Belgian real estate agent in the south of Tenerife. B&L Services Tenerife was born out of my passion and grown by demand. The demand to help people in their search for their perfect vacation home in Tenerife.
